    It should be possible to use Patrol agent to parse the actual text files and send an alert if a specific string match is made. We are doing something similar with other Aspect products and seems to work well. As to whether it's advisable to load Patrol onto an ACD, that's a different matter...

    Cisco 837 software problems

    Hi, I have read elsewhere that image reloading is/can be caused by insufficient memory. The image load fails, the router reboots and the image load fails again etc etc. Hope this helps. Sahajesh.
