    Is the CMS in close proximity to the CLAN you are using? If so it may be worth trying to use a crossover cable direct connection. That will allow you to rule out the network switch completely.

    I don't believe that there is a PCN out for it but with the patch number it would vary depending on CM release. Any of the Tier3 Engineers should be able to find what we are discussing in their internal system or contact Tier4 to get further information.

    With the VOA (Whisper)you may need to get a Combo patch from Avaya. I had the same issue on 3.0.1 and 3.1.2. Also had some issues with it when calls were being service observed.
