My current version of AES is 4.2.3. We have an issue with the DMCC service stopping and Avaya said I need to upgrade to 4.2.4 sp2 and that it is customer installable. I haven't found any document on how to upgrade it myself? I downloaded the 4.2.4 software only file and burned it to a disk. I've never upgraded it myself so I don't know the steps. I went to the support.avaya site and found it unhelpful.
