i am not so lucky... The line assigned to the DID is a target line but still rings to our main line number.
I even got another line that was assigned to another DID unassigned it then assigned it to the 9785 DID with no luck.
is there anyway to start New with a new line?

got a little problem have some users on my network who are using limewire or some some share program to D/L. it's eating up A LOT of bandwidth. is there something i could use to find the IP's or machine who is using the program?

We have a new 800# menu that has several options which transfer callers directly to this or that extension, depending on what they pick (i.e. "Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Customer Support, ..."). One of the options on the menu is "For a directory, press ..." We would like that option to transfer...

Having a problem with out Nortel Meridan system. When i pick up a line to dial outside I get "No Lines Free"? i can dial internal extensions but can't dial out or recieve any inbound calls. anyone have any exp with this thanx.
Each Agent has a personal VM with MWI turned on.
