Hey Guys,

I have a question...

We have a VM set up for our Customer Service agents seperate from there own assigned lines.
When a person leaves a VM in that box. Can i have it show on the LCD all of the Customer Service agents phone like it was left on there own VM?

I have a call pilot 150 mini
 
you can by putting their extension numbers into ALT extensions for that mailbox

but...

you can only put in two alternate extensions and the message waiting indicator only works for one mbox per extension. if the agent has a personal mbox with MWI turned on, they won't get MWI for any other boxes.
 
Each Agent has a personal VM with MWI turned on.

Could i have the VM roll over to thier backberry's by assigning it to the ALT extension mail box instead of EXT put an external number?

yeah kinda..

you set outdial to pool/line/rt and then set up notification in the mailbox admin. I think you can set up multiple numbers to be notified.
