DID to Line?

hey Guys,

I have a Norstar Modular ICS.

here is my problem(i am a newb) i have a DID 9785 assigned to a phone. i can call out on this phone and it shows the DID on the caller ID when i call my cell....But when i try to call the DID directly it rings to our main line DID 9700.

how can i change the line or assign this DID to a line to receive inbound call directly to the phone.

Your in the wrong forum, you want the Norstar forum.


You need to assign a target Line to the DID.
