Great.....I did remove the read only once the file was on the hard drive. However now I'm getting and error saying "Operation invalid without a current index"...any ideas?

Hello, I have a field in my reprt that I am trying to get a total for in my report footer. The field is =(([PROJECT COMPLETION DATE]<=[SPECIAL PROJECT TARGET DATE])=Yes). I would like to get a total of all the "Yes"s. I have tried a variety of different things but nothing works? Help
