ACCESS REPORT TOTAL FOR CALCULATED FIELD 1

Hello,

I have a field in my reprt that I am trying to get a total for in my report footer. The field is =(([PROJECT COMPLETION DATE]<=[SPECIAL PROJECT TARGET DATE])=Yes). I would like to get a total of all the "Yes"s. I have tried a variety of different things but nothing works?

Hi, don't see why you need the 'Yes'. Either it is less than or = to the other date or it isn't.

Try this:

=Sum(IIf([PROJECT COMPLETION DATE]<=[SPECIAL PROJECT TARGET DATE],1,0))
