It all depends on the amount of Common Equipment Network space you'll need. I would say a 61c would work in the cse mentioned above. And, it can always be upgraded to an 81c in the future.
Does a Call Pilot Mini connected via digital ports to an Opt.11c derive it's time from the PBX? Just trying to figure out if I should be concerned with my Call Pilot Mini when the time changes.
I have an Opt.61c on release 25.40 software and was wondering if there is a way to get some sort of incdication on my M2250 console when a 911 call is made with in the office. Any ideas would be a big help.
Thanks!
Since your still on X11 software (25.XX) the Opt.11c comes out of the box with 300 ACD DNs installed. If you have used them all, your only option to my knowledge will be to have the vendor come out and clean them up. Hope fully they will be able to free some up for you.
If you don't have any you can clean up, adding more is about your only option. As long as your switch is on a supported release, it should only be kaycodes.
John, thanks for the reply. Does the type of switch in the CO matter for setting this up. I was thinking it might have to be a DMS but not sure.
Thannks!!
First let me say, this forum is great! Just found it so I'm a newbie here.
Now, the question I have is, has anyone experienced being able to do Anti-Tromboning between a M1/ Succession and the CO?
I would like to be able to front end some of my calls and transfer them back out with out tying up...
