Hi, We have used all of our ACD DNs and Phantom DNs.
Most of them are used for Call Pilot Fax.

What should i do?
Should i ask my vendor to add more ACD DNs license?

Thank you

If you don't have any you can clean up, adding more is about your only option. As long as your switch is on a supported release, it should only be kaycodes.

I am not comfortable cleaning up the ACD DNs. Since i do not know the history of the DNs.

How expensive is to add 10-20 ACD DNs? Should I ask the vendor to do that?

Thanks

What type of switch do you have and what release are you running?

Sorry, I forgot to mention:
Option 11C 25.40b

Thanks

There is limit on ACD DNs??? Don't believe more can be added to a system. You'll likely need to add 500 set licenses or upgrade to 4.5 which does not require licenses to build phantom TNs.

Since your still on X11 software (25.XX) the Opt.11c comes out of the box with 300 ACD DNs installed. If you have used them all, your only option to my knowledge will be to have the vendor come out and clean them up. Hope fully they will be able to free some up for you.

Thanks, my supervisor said that we just have 240 instead of 300 eventhough the switch said 300 when i got to LD 23. I have not tried it pass 240. now it is still 239.

I probably should try it

There is an alternative for no cost. A "data" TN that does not need to physically exist and will not disable.

GHTROUT: That's a good option.

Will the calls routed directly (can the CFW key be activated?) to voice mail or will they ring a few times and than FNA?

The TN will be hard call forwarded, so the first ring the caller hears is voice mail. The problem is you cannot touch the phone so forward must be turned on using "Remote Call forward"

Add a LD57 Flexible Feature Code for RCFA and RCFD, then add SCPW to the phone.

My codes, for example, are:

RCFA ##**

RCFD **##

The whole procedure for Remote CFW is under "R" in the feature books - a convenient set is at

If LD 23 say's you have 300, then you have 300 not 240. To prove it one way or the other, just create 3 or 4 ACDN's to see if it let's you make them.

I like GHTROUT's idea, very clever.

There is an issue with PBX's only allowing 240 ACDN table entries, regardless of ACDN TN's licensed. See Nortel Solution ID below:

Solution ID: NORT213990 Product Family: Enterprise Voice Create Date: 07/07/2005

Title:
Unable to configure more than 240 ACDNs per customer.

Facts:
Core
Option 11C
x210300

Symptoms:
Unable to configure more than 240 ACDNs per customer.
Customer has 300 ACDN licenses.

Fix:
This is design intent. The maximum ACDNs per customer for 11C, non-CPP and CPP without CDRE package is 240. For CPP switch with CDRE package, you can program 1000 ACDNs per customer.

I have tried it and unable to create more than 240 ACD DNs. I got error code SCH0710 = "ACD list is full"

I will try GHTROUT's idea for all of my Call PIlot Fax so i can have some empty ACD, DNs.

We have been discussed ACD DNs, is there any solutiion for Phantom DNs. I am not that familiar with Phantom DNs. I think this is based on TNs, right?

that solution works well, and you can marp more then a single dn to the soft set... that's the good news, the bad is that you need to come off of that rls.. i enable reports for all maxp 1 acd dn's.. then i can look at the reports one a quarter and free some dn's back up.. if most of those are voice mail only dn's, check the mail for mb's that haven't been logged into for 3 to 6 months...

this says you have 2468 phantoms left

Phantom ports are built and printed in LD 97

LD 97
Req: prt
Type: SUPL

n96 <-- n indicates phantom Loop and ports for loop 96 are built on cards 61, 62, 62, and 64

If you run out there add loop 100 and then build ports on cards 65, 66, 67, and 67

Reusser, I am not sure what do i need to pur for n in n96.
My Phantom DNs is built in (Loop?)61 and 62 (Example: 62 0 0 11)(When I created Phantom DNs in Optivity) and as you see that i have used 32 of them so it is full. How can i create another phantom DNs.

Sorry, Phantom DNs are completely new to me.

Thank you
