Sorry, I guess it would be somewhat helpful to tell you that once the query is executed by the "Seach" buttom on the page, it displays a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error.

You are on the right track with the magic wand and trimming the canvas. Once you have that done, simply click on "Modify; Canvas Color" and then change the canvas color to Transparent.

Finally got someone to test your sugessetion, nickpark. When they viewed the email, they got the "Log onto the intranet" box asking for a user ID and password. But when they entered the URL in the address box on the Outlook Web toolbar, it opened fine. Bizarre.
Renaming the Normal template took care of it. I feel fairly stupid, cause I should have known that. I thought I changed that, but I guess not!

No, it seems to work fine. I can direct them to the URL, and they are able to view the original normally. The password popup only happens when the page is sent via email.
