My customer signed up for a "bundle" from time warner that includes Road Runner Internet and 1 phone line. The 1 phone line is what I'm referring to. It comes off as a T/R pair off of the Road Runner router.

I installed a CICS 7.1 with a cordless telephone on the I-ATA port, pair 20 (yellow/slate) extension 237. The phone can receive and make calls but will not ring. Am I missing something on the programming? Thanks for your assistance on this.
