Has anyone run into the problem of a BCM 50 rebooting itself? I have a customer that has been rebooting once a week on its own. I don't see anything in the alarm table except the fact that the system has rebooted. Any ideas??

I'm using a E-20A door phone and C-100B door controller hooked to an analog station on the BCM 50. We don't have any spare trunk ports to use on the system, just an analog station.

I did install a viking door phone, but it will not allow me to program the hotline to an internal DN. It keeps changing it to "direct dial set" even after I program it for a DN.

I have a customer (new install), with 2 7406 cordless phones on a BCM50. For some reason they appear to be on the same frequency and can overhear calls between the phones. They are in separate parts of the building and sometimes incoming calls are ringing the wrong phone, if not both cordless...

Thanks for the info. I have another question regarding the doorphone. The customers' current system allows for a doorphone button on each phone and then a door unlock button as well. Will I be able to have the door phone ring and appear on multiple phones as well and the door unlock button...

Has anyone ever installed a door phone on a BCM50? I can't find any supporting documentation, just that a Nortel digital door phone will not work.

I have only found that the doorphone on a MICS and CICS will not work on a BCM. I am experiencing the same problem now on a BCM50.

I do have the private OLI set on all stations at each remote since original install, and no luck with it recognizing the user in CP.

I am unable to make the BCM50 backup to the network. I input the Directorty, and path, but when I go to test the path, it keeps saying connection failed, but I can ping the network. Has anyone successfully made this work?
