I have 5 BCM400's networked via IP trunks and Call Pilot at the host. The remote BCM extensions forward back to Call Pilot, play the greeting for appropriate mailbox and lights MW on correct extension at each remote, but when remote users access Call Pilot to retrieve messages, it does not recognize their extension. They must input ext#, and PW. Is this normal or am I missing something in the programming?

Have you configured a private OLI on the sets in question? That should do it for you.

I do have the private OLI set on all stations at each remote since original install, and no luck with it recognizing the user in CP.

Don't you need to have target lines configured at the host to correspond with the OLI at the other sites?
