    Hi, I'm sure someone else can step you through it, but I may can help some. Are you changing from a T-1 trunk to a PRI or just the settings? If you are just changing the settings, then you will have to go to Ld 17 and change the CEQU. You may have to delete the trunks and rebuild them.

    O.K, please forgive my ignorance. I have 6 Conf/TDS cards in my switch. Which one do I change or do I need to set dipswitches on all of them? Also, can I pull the conf/TDS cards out without disturbing the switch? Thank you

    Try going straight into J25 on the back of the cabinet and see what you get. Remember if you have a dual core switch, you will have to be on the core that is active. We lost our interface due to lightening. Thank God for J25.

    Where are you plugging into? Off a tty card or in J25? I have had to use 7 S 1 instead of 8 N 1.

    I received some new switches and two of them will not finish the boot process. I tried the "i" and then "a" to run the agent code and it tells me "No agent Code" How can I get these up and running? TIA

    We have Telephony Mgr 3.1 and Succession 3.0 on our option 81. We need to have internal CDR, but it doesn't show up when we run a CDR report. We also have a problem with it showing digits dialed, but not incoming digits on our reports. We need incoming digits..... Thanks in advance.
