Internal Call Data Recording

We have Telephony Mgr 3.1 and Succession 3.0 on our option 81. We need to have internal CDR, but it doesn't show up when we run a CDR report. We also have a problem with it showing digits dialed, but not incoming digits on our reports. We need incoming digits.....

you need to setup incoming cdr on the inbound route data block and require package 118 on your system

as for internal cdr, that requires package 108 on the system.

do you have those packages?

Internal CDR needs to be enabled as CLS ICDA on each individual TN.

We tried ICDA, but it didn't work. I'll check for package 108 and 118. Thank you both.

CLS ICDA just turns it on. Have you looked at the RAW Data to see if it's there?

TM won't do anything with it unless you program it to.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
