Since we have converted to Succession 3.0 and to CallPilot, we have had trouble with having messages show up on additional sets. What we need is to have a non-primary number that has messages give an indication to 3 phones. It has worked in the past by just putting the additional numbers in the MWI DN's positions. Has anyone else experienced this? The help for CallPilot is not the greatest, at least for this......
Thank you,
RCM

My understanding is that Call Pilot does not support multiple MWI DNs until the new version is released. It is supposed to be fixed in there. Until then, if all extensions are on the same system, you may be able to assign a remote message waiting key to each set (if there are key positions available). We have a similar concern, and as a result decided to stay on Meridian Mail 13 for now.

i am running succession and cp and have no issues with the MWI. Although if your going to signal a non-pdn you have to make sure you set add LMPX to the CLS or it won't work.

Thank you. I'll research it and let you know what I find on teh CLS entry.

Is this all Npdn or just the ones designated in the MWI DN ?
Thank you

you need lmpx in the cls to signal any NON key 0 DN

however it won't hurt if you make it part of your standard template. you can add the feature to all digital phones and it won't hurt anyone.....
