Has anyone had an issue with thr IP 500 version 4.0 (10) With users in a hunt group not being able to see or hear a second call comining in while on a call? As if the call waiting on the hunt group was not working.
I have tried both also. And as I explainned before that I have tried this with 5 different systems and those systems have different music sources. They all have this issue with a cell phone. I think it is a cell phone issue and maybe 3.2 issue.

I think it has to do with the Cell phone also. I tried with another cell phone Cingular and it still did it but not as bad. It would not make sence if it was a trunk port because I tested it on 5 different sites. Same result on all of them.
