So I'm sure I'm just missing a basic setting in the configuration forms...but we need to turn off the ability for anyone to record (due to legal reasons). Can anyone point me in the direction to turn it completely off.
The system is an IP Office 412 with 2.1(31).

I did this, and it worked..almost. The problem I'm having now is that people calling from an outside number and dialing an extension that forwards out to a cell is showing up as (555) 555 - 5 (it leaves the 3 digit extension).
