    Lexmark Optra T612

I just received the correct toner cartdridges(12A5845) from our vendor. When I put in the new cartdridge, it displays "32 unsupported cartdridge". These printers are very old and were donated to the school district I work for, so of course there are no manuals or documentation. HELP!

The light comes on when I hit the button, so I assume that there is power to the drive. But I haven't actually checked the connection inside. I'll try that.

    Locking a CD drive

What would keep it from opening? I work at a school district where most PC's are donated from state agencies that surplus their equipment. I'm going thru about 15 PC's now that were donated and more than half of them the CD drive won't open. That seems like much too high a percentage to have...

    Memory problems on XP

My memory is spiking at 100% even when no applications are running. Everything runs VERY slow and I have 1gb of memory. I've run Ad-Aware, Spy-bot search and destroy, and CA's eTrust ezAntivirus and cleaned everything out. Any thoughts?

    Windows ME

I'm running ME on a HP Pavillion. My PC has 384k memory. Regardless of how many apps are open after a boot, after a short while I seem to run out of memory and apps stop working. It seems that the OS doesn't release memory back after an app is shut down. I end up rebooting several times a...
