Hi all, now I have this exotic situation: IP Office 500v1 8.0.16, with Preferred and Upgrade 5 > Upgrade new IP Office 500v2 8.1.63.
Essential Edition needed?
I think the only way to get it working without Essential: New 500v2 (with entitlement period) load 7.0 > Upgrade with confing to 8.0...
We have the following problem:
A 412 is connected on a philips sopho with analog trunks.
On the 412 are about 15 5610 extensions.
Now we have an echo when calling to the sopho
We have tried the following:
- grout the 412 on the sopho
- echo cancelling on the ATM4 set to 128ms
- set the codec of...
Most of the time it happens with internal calls with other, no callcenter users. Buth it also happens with external calls. And then no internal or external calls can be received.
The calls comes in the voicemail and then go toe an huntgroup where call center agents are logged in.
The call of that huntgroup are showed on a display through pc wallboard.
The following problem:
I've three 6408D+ extentions on a DS30, they are used for hot desking.
When they get an internal call, and the other one disconnect the call first, the phone will hang on disconnected.
There will no other call come in.

I have an IP office 406v2 3.1(65).
Its not connected to the LAN.
Is it possible to change the time on Remote?
I saw on de avaya site:
"otherwise the IP Office Manager craft interface must be used to set the system time and date."
Can someone help me?
But yes, you have to make sure that if you are making groups and have users in multiple groups, you need to have a "dummy group" with all users in it.
Please could you explain how to set this?
