The following problem:
I've three 6408D+ extentions on a DS30, they are used for hot desking.
When they get an internal call, and the other one disconnect the call first, the phone will hang on disconnected.
There will no other call come in.
Version: 3.2(53)

I would try using a drop button. Otherwise I believe that you need to elaborate quite a bit on how the call flow works here. Ya know...trunks, how all phones talk to the same party at once...etc. I don't quite understand specfically how your phones are receiving calls and how they are being handled.

The calls comes in the voicemail and then go toe an huntgroup where call center agents are logged in.
The call of that huntgroup are showed on a display through pc wallboard.

O.K. You said "When they get an internal call, and the other one disconnect the call first, the phone will hang on disconnected."

So "they" means a call center agent?
And "other one disconnect the call first" means what?

I suppose perhaps you are saying that when a call center agent calls another call center agent and the originator of the call disconnects the call before the receiver disconnects the call, one of the call center agents phone hangs and no other internal or external calls can be received on the phone that hangs?

Most of the time it happens with internal calls with other, no callcenter users. Buth it also happens with external calls. And then no internal or external calls can be received.
