Thanks for the reply. Normally we would follow those steps to reset the Audix password, however this is a 8100/Definity One system and that menu does not exist. When you log in as SA you are dumped directly in to the Audix configuration.
I know this is a silly question, but we have had some turnover and I have an urgent need to change the SA password and I can't figure out how to do so in the D1/8100 Audix since there isn't a full menu.
Help is much appreciated and there is a star involved.

We have a customer that has a Nortel Option 61c that is great at loosing time. Despite the vendor being out several times, it never gets fixed- I guess it is not a severe issue to them.
The Nortel looses about 4-5 minutes every month so I was thinking of writing something proactive in ASPECT...
Thanks Ken- Yes it is a normal dialtone. We noted this procedure for a direct (not conferenced/supervised) transfer:
flash dial number flash- we had tried that to no avail as well.

Yes all else is working including MWI- just not the 0 out transfer, AA transfer, or Dial by name transfer.
Analog transfer was tested on each port of router and was found to be working on the CME side- but we are perplexed as to where the problem is.

That is what we would have been done in a CCM/Octel integration but this is a CME/Octel integration. Unfortunately we can't do serial integration with the router.
