Good afternoon..
When I do a "disp sys cust", I can see that my IP_agent licenses are all consumed.
Is there a command somewhere that will show me who is logged in as an agent? Even getting the extension would be helpful
Thanks
Kyle

Howdy all
In a moment of weakness and foolishness, I decommissioned a PC sometime ago that had this on it.
It looks like 4.1.4 might have been the last rev from Avaya. There is a link to it in downloads on the Avaya support website, but leads to a blank page.
Any chance someone has an...
*Incredibly* long story short - I just upgraded from a very old Intuity LX to AAM7. I suspect message manager is long gone in this release, so is my only option web access? It would appear Avaya wants to stick us for mainstream licenses for access to that

We've just added an additional line to our system that staff would like to have ring in to a single-line, analog cordless (217).
How do I tell the system to have line 4 ring to that number? For the life of me I cannot get it to work.
Thanks for any help!

I have a station (6699) with off-net forwarding enabled. When they forward to an outside number, for example 315-555-5555, and a call comes in from the outside (for example 315-666-6666)the forwarding works, but instead of sending the stations calling number out the trunk group (315-xxx-6699) it...
Beautiful, thanks so much....
Back to finding out from VZ as to why fax send/receives are intermittently working.

I'm running CM2, and just went through a conversion from Verizon PRI to Verizon Business, which brought in 5mb of VoIP, and are spitting it out to me as t1/PRI via a cisco2911.
I've already gone through having to use a new COR that uses a different route pattern that pre-pends a 555 before any...
Hi there,
I'm in the process of dumping my old TapIt call accounting system, it just doesn't seem to keep collecting, and the database constantly is overgrown and shuts down.
I'm running Communication Manager, S8800s with 3 remote sites.
DOes anyone have good suggestions for basic call...
Now,I have a new PRI brought in from verizon. I have the sig channel and trunk group up, everything is in-service/idle.
What I would like to do is test outbound calling on that trunk group. Is there a procedure to setup a new dial access code to get to that group? Just some way to test outbound...
I just switched out an 8410D for a 2420, and now the user, as soon as they login to their hunt group, the aux-work button (which has always worked) immediately goes on and won't come off.
Any ideas?

Hi, been a while since I've had a big question...
I have a small hunt group (5 members) with a queue. With that I have an announcement. The usual "all operators are currently busy helping blah-blah" The announcement is set up on a TN750B
I would like be able to give callers an option of...
I've had very, very good luck with Mohawk's Cat-6 products.
For hardware, I'm a tried and true Hubbell guy, but have found Leviton's products easy to work with and good performers as well.
Just my 2 cents.

Well now..
After pulling my hair out for 3 days.... I go up to find the thin clients my help desk deployed still had Windows Firewall enabled, with no exceptions!
Gave out some exceptions, and BINGO, everything works.
I'm glad I brought it here, anyways, as I've gotten some great ideas...
Show vlan from core (6509)
show int trunk from core (6509)
show run int from core from trunk feeding closet 3560
show int trunk from closet (3560)
show run int gi0/1 from 3560
Things looks as I would expect them, for as messed up as we are.
Sorry for the length of the post. Any help...
Great advice from all. I have been tasked with cleaning things up, and the vlan1 issue was the 1st that popped up. The only other vlan, other than the one I built for terminal services (vlan7) is a vlan for wireless.
Everything else is on vlan1. Needless to say, we have a major, major broadcast...
Roger that. Thank you. I'll post as soon as I can get my hands on it.
I'll have someone double-check those client addresses as well.
