I have a station (6699) with off-net forwarding enabled. When they forward to an outside number, for example 315-555-5555, and a call comes in from the outside (for example 315-666-6666)the forwarding works, but instead of sending the stations calling number out the trunk group (315-xxx-6699) it sends the number that is calling (the 315-666-6666). My provider (Verizon) only allows outbound calls with numbers in our dialplan. Is there any way to send the station number, rather than the number of the outside call being forwarded?

We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.

Any help? I have tried everything I can on this one.

You need to modify the tandem-calling table and set the modify tandem calling on the trunk group

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
