yes all three....very painful. I am going to Cisco training for a month starting tomorrow. I am a "traditional voice guy" so to speak and we are going to be implementing IPCC soon. I think the other issue is in my opinion, we are trying to implement this way to fast.

yes I would be very anxious to hear more as we are in the same boat here. We have had a VERY difficult time making the Cisco solution work for us networking Unity through 3- seperate Opt 81's. I need to know the best option either IPCC or Symposium, please elaborate if you can thanks!
ok here goes, call drops into Q, agent is alerted with a "ding" now it is a prolonged "buzz" it coincides with a Max reboot a few weeks back. What would cause this to change and how can it be corrected? Thanks.
Well we sort of have the Max up, heres what we found:
The Disk siZe is 460 and we are at 455MB BAD.
We also had way to many agents assigned as ACD sets which arent being used except for PEAK season and that was overloading the HSL. We need to trim down that Queue.

heres an update, we reloaded the OS, then uploaded the backup config. We saw the HSL come up , then drop. I am at a loss here. Does anyone have any idea what this could be hardware wise? A paddleboard etc? I hate my job.....

I need to re-load the software cassettes onto our Max and havent done so in years, anyone offer me assistance? I am doing this within the hour, the pbx was not connecting via the HSL and the Max was rebooted many times in an effort to make it happen and now the vendor is stating software...
