nevermind i was able to printout the currently console setup. I see that all four of my consoles have KEY 09 EES. I need to figure out which is KEY 09 on a console.
I have a console 2250 which i try to forward a call to voicemail. The problem is when I try to forward the call it wont go through because it dials as a dial tone instead of touch tone. Is there a setting I need to program on the phone?
On an option 61C i need to give a phone the option to allow second line to ring. Meaning if i'm on the phone and someone calls in they get a busy signal. Can you let me know what CLS that is.
Does anyone know if and how you can have a incoming call forward to voicemail on demand. MEaning if someon is calling my line I want to push a button and send the call to voicemail. I know the MSB function sets the handset busy but it wont work on demand.
I'm trying to allow a phone to do callup. I indicated the group and try to allow PUA. Everytime I try to allow PUa either through OTM or the console is will not stick. Fro some reason it will not let me CLS PUA. The phone is a M2008.
Does anyone know the settings to change in order to not allow two people to pick up the same line and hear the conversation. In other words just the person who picks up first should be able to listen to the conversation. I have an Meridan Option 61c with 2616 handsets.
I have callpilot 4, it is currently set to have users change their voicemail passwords ever 365 days. Does anyone know how to turn off this feature. In order words dont prompt users to change their password. I went to the Security Administration tab and dont see anything.
