Call Center Multiple Call Forward Destinations

Does anyone know of a method to have more than one call forward option in the call center setup rules. It seems that once the call is forwarded to either an internal extension or an external one the BCM doesnt care whether that call gets answered or not. Is there no method of sending it to an...

BCM IP network and Toshiba Integration

Hi We have a network of Bcm's connected Via Vpn's using H323, anyone know how hard it would be to integrate a Toshiba CIX 670 into this environment. I have had little luck in getting other VOIP equipment to talk to the Bcm's so just wondered if I am going to have the same problems with the...

    Bcm 400 Off Hook Timer

Could this be a T1 fault because when the line drops there is no system message on the Bcm handset compared to a properly working system which comes up with number incomplete on the phone display?

    Bcm 400 Off Hook Timer

Yes, I have tried this but still no change. Sequence goes, dial 9 for outside line and if you pause for more than approx 1.5 secs the system times out. Changing the value on this timer seems to have no effect.

    Bcm 400 Off Hook Timer

One of our BCM400's seems to have a very short off the hook time limit. Users are compaining that if they pause too long in between dialing digits it times out and drops the line (T1) before they finish the dial string, Anyone know if there is an adjustable timer for this function please. Bcm...

Softphones as Call Centre Agent Phones

The Softphones and BCM would be in the same building and on the same network so QOS should be high. I guess I just need to try it and see what happens. Thanks for all the replies. Les

Softphones as Call Centre Agent Phones

Being a portable system it could end up anywhere in the world, the big unknown would be the availability of whatever type of connection available as a temporary installation at the specific location we would be at. I currently have a BCM400 in the UK running off ISDN 30 but I think I may have to...

    BCM 400 Weird Faults

Hi I have a BCM 400 3.7 which has amongst other things 4 VOIP trunks which suddenly seem to have become invisible when trying to dial out from the system, they work on incoming calls only but when either trying to dial out using the call destination code or the direct prefix for the line pool...

Softphones as Call Centre Agent Phones

Hi I need to setup what is in effect a portable call centre and was wondering if anyone has used 10 to 15 laptops with softphones in a call centre setup. My ideal setup for cost and portability restrictions would be a BCM 50 with 15 Laptops running softphones and a web based rapid data entry...

Bcm 400 Static Route Problem with cache

Hi, we have a Bcm400 V4 software that I recently changed the static route of but even after several reboots the machine still remembers the old route as if I need to flush some cache somewhere but I cant see any method of doing it. Both routes appear in the IP Stack Route Table but the...

Trying to setup call forwarding to several external numbers

Sorry It's One particular incoming number that I need to send to a group of external numbers. The ideal situation would be a huntgroup made up of external no's or a huntgroup of internal dn's where they are call forwarded to the external numbers. The first is not allowed, the second I have tried...

Trying to setup call forwarding to several external numbers

Hi Got A BCM 400 running 3.6 and Call Centre Pro. I am trying to work out how I could have a group of external numbers answer one of our DiDs out of hours. I know that Hunt Groups have limitations with external forwarding and I'm not sure if I could setup something in Call Centre, I already...

No Incoming calls on Bcm 50 using German ISDN2

Hi, anyone have any experience of German ISDN2 on the BCM50. I have got outgoing calls no problem but cant get any incoming. I have tried everything from 7 to 2 incoming digits sent to a target line to a desperate auto answer switched on but all I get at the exchange end is a message saying this...

Hi, has anyone managed to get the Aastra cnx conference bridge up and running with a BCM 400. I have one and connecting via E1-E1 doesn't seem to work( no doubt I have some settings wrong) and connecting via IP gets one way speach path from CNX to BCM(it's as if the BCM doesn't know the CNX has...
