Hi
Got A BCM 400 running 3.6 and Call Centre Pro.
I am trying to work out how I could have a group of external numbers answer one of our DiDs out of hours. I know that Hunt Groups have limitations with external forwarding and I'm not sure if I could setup something in Call Centre, I already have overflow on no agents available set to an external number, if I added more lines to this particular setting with a different number in each line would the oveflow hunt for a non busy signal or would the calls just pile up on the first number? Just wondered if anyone had a solution before I start experimenting again.
Thanks

Are the DID's you want to go to external number's answered by the CC or are they just DID's on phone's? If there just DID's on phones, use the forward button and make sure Redirect is allowed on each phone. I'm not really sure, but I think there is a time of day controller in the AA.

Sorry It's One particular incoming number that I need to send to a group of external numbers. The ideal situation would be a huntgroup made up of external no's or a huntgroup of internal dn's where they are call forwarded to the external numbers. The first is not allowed, the second I have tried and does'nt work,The individual dns call forward to external ok but hunt group calls don't.
The object of the whole thing is to have a group of homeworkers who could be setup as a pseudo call centre out of hours when needed without having to travel into the office late at night.

I don't think you can do what your asking for, but I could be and have been wrong before, so maybe someone else can help you.
Sorry

This is not possable. But I have a customer that has a call center with remote users that log-in to the que. We used MCK extenders with T7316E phones. Now this means that they would need to use there analog line at ther home or add a second line.At the switch side you can use ATA's or an ASM.
