I have a call pilot which every night a user come in and has messages from extentions that are voice mail ports, there is just silence on the message. Any ideas of what would cause this? I have removed the mail box and recreated it but is still happening. Thanks

ACD sets are going into NRD after a call is transfered to another ACD sets dn key, this is happening automatically. The not ready key is not lit steady it is flashing and in symposium it show the set is in not ready. Does anyone know why this is happening?
