I'm experiencing problems with a SX200 and the console. The second line isn't ringing in properly, and it's hanging trunks on outgoing calls. Since I'm a newbie to programming, I need to know how to change the console from port 1-4-1 to 1-4-5. Which forms do I need to change to make this...

I ran a maintenance test on the Console port and the test came back as "inconclusive". Does anyone know what this means? Does that mean that the card or the console is bad?

Sorry it took so long to get back, but other fires came up. The trunks #1-#3 all have the same trunk descriptor and cos. Also, I'm now experiencing outgoing hung trunks. Can you assist me in moving the console to a different port? Currently, it's on 1-4-1 and it appears that ports 1-4-2...
