I'm experiencing problems with a SX200 and the console. The second line isn't ringing in properly, and it's hanging trunks on outgoing calls. Since I'm a newbie to programming, I need to know how to change the console from port 1-4-1 to 1-4-5. Which forms do I need to change to make this happen? Thanks in advance...any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks..but I've already downloaded the manuals and I'm still unclear. Basically, I just need to move a Superconsole 1000 from a DNIC port of 1-4-1 to 1-4-5. That way I can verify if it's the console or DNIC card that is causing my problems. When I run a test on that extension, the test comes back "inconclusive". Thanks.

You cannot "move" a programmed console, however you can certainly program another (2nd) console on 1-4-5 and program the same key appearances on it (other than it's prime DN which would have to be unique) then physically change the MDF jumpers.

Then go back and change all your various answer points to point to the "new" console.

Once all the pointers are changed then you should be able to deprogram the original console port.

Does that mean that I duplicate form 07 and 08? Thanks.

Well, you can "edit" form 7 and 8.
Remember, we're going to have to use a different extension number for our "additional" console, hence anything in form 7 that's pointing to the old console will have to be revised to point to the new one.
Ditto this for form 18.
Other than that, your key appearances (form 8) can be identical to the original console (except for the prime number which has to be unique)
