SX200 EL Outbound Trunk Selection

Sorry but I'm kind of a newbie...I have an SX-200 with (2) LS/GS Trunk Cards (Trunks #1 thru #12). The trunks are currently set for outgoing call routing as 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-11-12 and I would like to change this to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. Can someone tell me which CDE forms need to be changed?

go to form 16 trunk groups and the order the trunks are seized is from the top to bottom of the listed trunks, you will see this when you open the form. This is also where the trunk selection is terminal or circular.
 
Can you tell me the difference between terminal or circular? Also, do I just delete all the trunks first and they add them back into form #16 in the correct order?
 
you can delete a trunk and then "insert" it where you would like it to be.
Terminal starts at the first trunk and if it is busy will try the second in the list and so on, but if the first becomes free again it will try that one. Always checking the top of the list first.
Circular uses the trunks more evenly, it will try the first then the second then the third and so on, trys then in order like round robin if you ever worked on Nortel equipment.
Terminal helps prevent call collision, but I would enable "no sieze alarm" in the descriptor for the trunks if using this option.
 
I hate to be an idiot and thanks so much for your quick response...but can you tell me what form I put the "no seizure alarm" descriptor in for the Trunks?
 
form 13 trunk descriptors, is this an analog solution for trunking?
 
By any chance do you sell Mitel Support services? I have (22) hotels with the exact SX-200EL configuration, though they've been set-up differently.
