Greetings,
I need to run unix scripts via VBA. Is that an easy solution? REXEC can be good, but mannually entering password is not convenience.
Help! Thank you.
Folks,
I just moved to the new office location. I had 061, 062, 063 and 064 working fine.
Now I just have 2 lines moved (another two to be). I resumed pretty much everything. However, my outgoing calls give me silence. When I dail 9, there is no dial tone.
But when I test directly connect to the...
Greetings,
Is there a way to check call logs? For example, I need to know if a particular person makes personal calls for all the time?
I know you can set it up over this person's phone. It will show something like "you have calls" on the LCD. I don't prefer this way.
Thanks!
Greetings,
I have one set doing "Please record your name after the tone" when outside lines call in.
I don't remember I set it anywhere.
How to remove it? Please kindly advise. Thanks.
Is there any way I can change how often the callpilot password expires?
Users have reported their mailbox password expired. I don't remember anywhere I can change the duration a password lasts.
Look forward to hearing advise shortly. Thank you.
Isn't my BCM50'version the most updated?
Anybody can throw a clue? I can not afford resetting it periodically during the work time.
Please kindly advise. Thank you.
I have 4 analog lines from the phone company
I have enabled 13 VM enabled. I have 16 seats.
Recently, it has been 4 lines taken more often. Maybe 3 times a day?
Yes, when this happened, outbound calls were just fine. No incoming calls at all.
Yes, I am concerned the incoming calls as the DNs are known.
Yes, these DNs are dead
I do not want mailboxs handle the phone call. I need the incoming calls to these dead DNs forwarded to another staff.
For example, I have a DN 999. However, the person at 999 goes out for all the time. I want to 1) keep this 999, 2)not to have a phoneset plugged onto the wall, AND 3) have 999 forwarded to 888.
I have a few DNs, with number already assigned to guys. They work office site for most of the time. So I unplgged the inactive phonesets.
How to make "Forward All" on these phones while they are not in service?
Just set up an IP phone for the 3rd site. So far everything works great.
In my case, two sites (say A & B) are business , so they have static IPs. The 3rd site (say C) has a dynamic IP.
Between A and B, I have persistent IPSec route. I have two identical equipments at each site. Settings are...
I can access both servers A and B with my PC.
The other PC can access server A, but not server B.
It says something: "element not found".
Even I type in IP address, it doesn't work either.
Any suggestions? Thank you!!!
I have one BCM50 serving two offices in two cities. Is there a way to manipulate the calling ID? say, calls initiated from certain extensions will be sent out with caller ID A, while the calls by the rest extensions will be with caller ID B.
Is it feasible and workable? Thanks!!!
Well, I have seen people have been using both lines. I would say both lines are working at the same time.
It seems no matter what: 1st line is on, 2nd line will have static; 2nd line is on, 1st line will have static; both lines are free, either one will have static.
I am going to pick up a...
Everything looks fine. I can make outbound calls, and incoming calls sound fine as well.
The only thing bothers me is the static noise. People have been complaining.
