How to manipulate the calling IDs to the outside world?

I have one BCM50 serving two offices in two cities. Is there a way to manipulate the calling ID? say, calls initiated from certain extensions will be sent out with caller ID A, while the calls by the rest extensions will be with caller ID B.

Is it feasible and workable? Thanks!!!

What kind of lines do you have?

PRI - program different OLIs
Analog CO - assign different line groups

Dear wangqq1,

As per my knowledge. Try to set the OLI number with caller ID A for the certain extensions. For the rest extensions set the OLI number with Caller ID B.

I have a Contivity 221 Router to set up a VPN between my location here in Dallas and Phoenix, AZ. It was working fine until yesterday. I know my ISP changed their IP numbering (subnet), after making the changes to the Contivity, I was able to restore my Internet access, however I haven't restored my VPN. In lieu of the IP change, would their need to be a change at the far end? (relative to me)

Just set up an IP phone for the 3rd site. So far everything works great.

In my case, two sites (say A & B) are business , so they have static IPs. The 3rd site (say C) has a dynamic IP.

Between A and B, I have persistent IPSec route. I have two identical equipments at each site. Settings are standard, nothing special.

For site C, I have a dialup IPSec, with agreesive mode. I made the parameters at both sites C and A the same. This route has to be initiated from the dynamic end.

If you know the changes made vs pervious conditions, you should be able to find where you need to change accordingly.
