I have a few DNs, with number already assigned to guys. They work office site for most of the time. So I unplgged the inactive phonesets.

How to make "Forward All" on these phones while they are not in service?

Sounds like these are IP sets, only way I think you can do this is to set the "Keep DN Alive" option and then you can forward the extension. It will cost you an IP licence per DN.

No, these phones are digital. Possible though?

you can not do it with inactive DN.

Is it internal and external calls you need. If it is only external calls you could use the redirect to option under the target line.

For example, I have a DN 999. However, the person at 999 goes out for all the time. I want to 1) keep this 999, 2)not to have a phoneset plugged onto the wall, AND 3) have 999 forwarded to 888.

Sounds like a case for hotdesking. Do you only have digital phones?

Are you concerned about incomming calls when the DN is inactive? If the DN is dead, but there is a mailbox then call pilot will still answer the call from the AA, so outside callers will not know the difference.

Yes, I am concerned the incoming calls as the DNs are known.
Yes, these DNs are dead

I do not want mailboxs handle the phone call. I need the incoming calls to these dead DNs forwarded to another staff.
