@ curlycord
Thanks for the assistance today...After you mentioned that to me earlier, it struck me to verify another one of my CP units...
Would you be so kind as to verify my CP100 Ser# 125384441111 as it shows 34 subscriber mailboxes before and after the upgrade...
I just got off the phone with the Avaya KRS dept...they said if I could find someone with a customer (sold to) or partner number, they would be able to supply me with the original keys for the CP150 regardless if they come up on the KRS system or not...
They have opened a ticket for me...
I just upgraded my CP150 to 31.10.31.22 and it works perfectly...
But the CP150 lost all the factory keys...and of course I have no idea where the pieces of paper are that came with it...
I only have 20 mailboxes showing, no UM seats and no Call Center...
Can someone retrieve the keys on KRS...

@ bramfrank
I tried to downgrade back to 3.0 as the latest 3.1 was doing funny things such as blank displays on the phone sets...But after downgrading, I am still having issues...
I wonder if I need 31.10.14.22 at this point before I go back to 31.10.31.22? Could you send a copy of 31.10.14.22...
@ bramfrank...Thank you...
Upgraded the CP, but still not able to upload voice files...
Could it be that we both require the new CallPilotDesktopMessaging (CP 31.10.31.22) (available from the Avaya download site) as they may have updated the software?
Do you know if I would also require the...
@ cook1082
Could you please post the CP 150 31.10.31.22 files again as I am having the same issue with 30.00.75.22.
Is it the NA English/Canadian French version of 31.10.31.22?
@curlycord
Thanks for the response...
Although I found out that I only require the diskettes, not the CD-ROM as this unit was originally 4.0.04C and the keycodes are viewable...
I found a link to it at:
http://support.nortel.com/go/main.jsp?cscat=SWDETAIL&id=71394&;poid=8993
but cannot access it as I do not have a service contract with Nortel anymore...
Can someone with access download it and send it to me?
I am upgrading a 4.0.04C to 4.1.
I have added an MS-PEC card to slot 4 of the NAM. The Speech Rec tab is still greyed out in NVM Manager.
I did notice that I have 8 additional a's (available channels) when I show all channels, but am still wondering how to activate Speech Recognition...
I have installed the card which has added 8 DN's to my CICS (I now have 4x24). These ports are not available on the BIX block (0 V on the additional 8 ports), but can be accessed through the fiber module.
Does anyone know if a Fiber NAM running v4.1 VM will work with this expansion module as I...
1) Does anyone know if the CICS fiber & Clocking EXP CART gives an additional 8 ports (24 total w/standard software)?
2) Does it allow a Fiber NAM to function on a CICS?
Will the desktop manager client software for a callpilot work for a NAM 3g running NVM 4.1? Or do I have to load both versions (NAM & CP) on my computer?
@A2Xprt
I just got a working MS-PEC (type A) on ebay for $10...

Worked like a charm...Thank you. Do you know of anyway to use the NIC card on the NAM from off-site? I have only been sucessful when on-site, but would really like the speed when programming remotely. I have tried to forward port 135 in the router to the IP of the NAM, but no luck...
