1) Does anyone know if the CICS fiber & Clocking EXP CART gives an additional 8 ports (24 total w/standard software)?

2) Does it allow a Fiber NAM to function on a CICS?

Did it also increase the total to 24 ports (8x24)?
the other threads did not give a conclusive answer...

No, this card does not add stations. It's just for clocking on a BRI circuit as curlycord wrote. I think the fiber port was to allow connection of a fiber station module so in a way it could add more stations, but it requires more hardware.

I have installed the card which has added 8 DN's to my CICS (I now have 4x24). These ports are not available on the BIX block (0 V on the additional 8 ports), but can be accessed through the fiber module.
Does anyone know if a Fiber NAM running v4.1 VM will work with this expansion module as I now have 8 ports which the NAM can utilize for VM purposes through fiber.
Otherwise, how would one access the additional 8 ports?
