Disregard the message, I was able to figure it out.

Is there a way to dial into an OV250 and disable a LAN card? A tech will be out later to pull it out of the machine, but until then it is causing an alarm and it is not even connected to anything. Thanks, R

The octels are at 3.11 sw release. Since we are trying to route everything through the 3210 none of it is working. I was trying to post a screen shot of the nodes on the 3210 but I it will not let me for some reason. I will e-mail it to you. Sorry for the delay in response. Ray

Yes, we made sure of that before we started to try and network them. We pulled a user list from all of the systems to verify.

Should the system manager mailbox in the octel be setup differently or have it's own class of service? The MN is attempting to pull information from the octels and there is an error message that the "download failed due to mailbox error". Does this make sense? Ray.
