OV250 type 31mbx

I have a lot going on today as you can see. I have another customer that has an OV250 connected to an S8700. They set up a type 31 mailbox and set it up, however when you call that number you get the default greeting. Also when you call the voicemail directly and enter that number it says that the mailbox is not in service. Any guesses?

Make sure that the greeting is recorded. If there is no greeting then a type 31 mailbox is considered out of service.

The problem was that they message that was recorded was not long enough. I've never heard of that!
