Thank you for checking in, I did not get this resolved just yet.
Not sure if the variable Routing will work well for us as we have several hundred different exchanges that need to be entered. It's come cases it seems as if every other exchange goes to HG1.
For example.
484524 -> HG 1...
i have a list of 3000 exchanges (area code and next 3 digits of a telephone number), in an CSV file, that need to be routed to 3 separate hunt groups.
for example:
Exchanges 1-1000 should go to HG1
Exchanges 1001-2000 should go to HG2
Exchanges 2001-3000 should go to HG3
I assume that I can...
for legal reasons we will need the callers to hear a disclaimer and a few other options before they are sent off to the Exchange routing path, so it looks like this will have to be done in VMPro.
I'm just making an assumption that we are not licensed for the database option. How can i verify...
Based on a list of exchanges (area code + next 3 digits of a phone number) I would like the caller to be routed to the correct hunt group. this list has over 3000 exchanges.
For example, if a caller calls in from any one of the exchanges 1-1000, they should go to HG 1, if they call from...
We've setup call recording for an agent but the word "Recor" is displayed on their phone alerting them. Is then a way to record an individual's call without this display.

Hello all, I hope someone can shed some light to this problem.
We currently use Qwest's "ez route" application to route calls to a number of our hunt groups based on a list we've uploaded to the ez route program.
This works well, however, the caller ID does not come through EZ Route. Now...
I would be willing to work with the Field option as I am unfamiliar with VBA. Would you happen to have a link to how to do this with a Field??
Thank in advance.
To clarify, I have 2 T1 line coming in. one is for Local calls and the other is for 800/Long Distance.
When calls are received from either T1 lines the Caller ID is displayed on our phone.
However, when looking at the phone reports only calls originating from one of the T1 lines show the...
Yes, each Trunk is Called ID enabled. Calls from either trunk will display a number on our phones. On the reports, however, caller IDs from one trunk is shown.
Each T1 line is in its own 100D module.
I have a Legend R.7 with 2 trunks. Calls received on one trunk will show me the caller IDs on the SMDR reports. But calls from the other Trunk does not appear on th reports but does show on the display phones. How can i correct this so all Caller IDs appear on the reports as well?
Thanks in...
Hi All,
I've created a new distribution group but I only want a few groups to be able to even view it/have access to email to it. Is this possible?
Is it possible to to make it so that only a few groups can see the members of this group?
