I have a Legend R.7 with 2 trunks. Calls received on one trunk will show me the caller IDs on the SMDR reports. But calls from the other Trunk does not appear on th reports but does show on the display phones. How can i correct this so all Caller IDs appear on the reports as well?

Thanks in advance

Are all of the trunks - caller ID enabled by your local Telco? Are the two trunks on the same module (like a single 408 GS/LS ID MLX module)?

Yes, each Trunk is Called ID enabled. Calls from either trunk will display a number on our phones. On the reports, however, caller IDs from one trunk is shown.

Each T1 line is in its own 100D module.

Sounds like you have more than two trunks - if you have two T1 modules. Unless by trunks you mean the T1 connection to your 100D module. T1 is more an area of expertise for Merlinman or TouchToneTommy.

Considering you say you only have 2 trunks and only 1 allows Caller ID, I think the issue is that you do not have LOOP START ID DELAY set for the one that does not work.

System Program > Exit/Start > Lines & Trunks > More > LS-ID Delay > Then turn on the GREEN LIGHT next to the LINE.

To clarify, I have 2 T1 line coming in. one is for Local calls and the other is for 800/Long Distance.

When calls are received from either T1 lines the Caller ID is displayed on our phone.

However, when looking at the phone reports only calls originating from one of the T1 lines show the Callers number.

How can i make it so that the SMDR Report will display the the callers numbers as well for both T1 lines?

look at your SMDR
call report
in/out or out only

also if set for UDP ,check
SMDR
UDP
Log incoming /Outgoing, log none

Under SMDR> Report I have In/Out

Under SMDR> UDP I have Log incoming /Outgoing
