    Hey, do the scans go into a share on the mfp? i believe the top access software which you can browse to by the copiers ip will disclose those folders. You may be able to change the folder direction to a share on your network. Is your dealer mad at you?!!

    You may want to consider Diskeeper defrag software and using a backup software like Yosemite with its Bare Metal Restore capabilities. Do the sata controller and sata disks support native command queing? That may affect your speed. Keep the thread going with your results!

    The "Windows" gdi printers can be cheaper because there is no royalty paid for using PCL5, PCL6. A true PCL printer or PS printer will just about always work wit' the ix's.
