    Cat 5e trouble, keeps switching on then off.

    Is 200ft getting close to the limit for Car5 100meg? I think it's 100m or about 300ft but it may warrent a look. Also you said gigabit dosn't gig need better cable than cat5e (350meg) and if it was run over a lower grade cable that may be the issue.

    First do you mean SP6 or SP6a? As SP6a was rushed out very quickly to fix a number of issues that SP6 actually caused. So if you are running SP6 you may wont to investigate going to SP6a. Hope that may help :)

    I am in a similar position to mdhstn ie bandwidth critical. with Citrix XPa and desktop setups. Being able to separate apps sounds good but does anyone know of how much or if published apps use less bandwidth.
