I tell a lie. The SU007 is a desktop update. So my question now is do I need BCM.R400.SU.System.005 or later version prior to installing BCM.R400.160-SoftwareManagement ? If so where can I get it ?

I need to load SU011 but am fairly new BCM (and Nortel) and have not loaded updates before. I am trying to decode the readme's associated with SU011. According to the SU011 readme under "Dependencies" I need to load an update first :- "BCM.R400.160-SoftwareManagement or later must be applied...

Thanks for the first part about being able to access guest mailboxes from email client using UM. Second part not so clear, what I meant was if you can access guest mailbox from UM email client can you set the client to playback the message on a phone handset rather than PC ?

Is it possible to access a Guest Mailbox via Unified Messaging or is it just Subscriber Mailboxes which can be accessed. Also if you can access the Guest Mailbox can you choose any phone to playback the message as the Guest Mailbox is obviously not tied to an extension.

Have a problem with 1140E phones on BCM400. The phones have 2 I/C lines. When a call comes in to Hunt Group and two members attempt to pick up the call at the same time then the phone which did not pick up the call can sometimes end up with one of it's I/C lines in a "stuck" active and the line...

How can I add a prefix to international calls to use a LCR provider in UK. When the user dials an international number starting "00" I want to insert a prefix "127" before sending to the PSTN. Currently the users do not have to dial an access code, they just dial direct for external numbers...

I am looking for a quick guide on configuring mercury mail for local email only. This is for a lab environment where we just want to be able to email between local users and don't have an external link for SMTP relay. Is this possible and if so how do I do it ? Thanks.
