Can Guest Mailbox be accessed via Unified Messaging

Is it possible to access a Guest Mailbox via Unified Messaging or is it just Subscriber Mailboxes which can be accessed. Also if you can access the Guest Mailbox can you choose any phone to playback the message as the Guest Mailbox is obviously not tied to an extension.

Guest mailboxes can be accessed via a UM client. You can log into any mailbox from any phone provided you know the mailbox number and password.

Thanks for the first part about being able to access guest mailboxes from email client using UM. Second part not so clear, what I meant was if you can access guest mailbox from UM email client can you set the client to playback the message on a phone handset rather than PC ?

I believe that by default the system will call the extension of the mailbox when playing messages to a handset. I don't have a BCM running right now to test it, but the CS1000 CallPilot will call the extension of the mailbox. I don't believe you can configure the client to call a different extension.

In the player you can tell it to play on any extension you want.
