How can I add a prefix to international calls to use a LCR provider in UK.

When the user dials an international number starting "00" I want to insert a prefix "127" before sending to the PSTN. Currently the users do not have to dial an access code, they just dial direct for external numbers and they dont want to change that. I am assuming this can be done via ARS but I dont have much experience in Avaya.

Any help greatly appreciated

pretty sure a system shortcode of

sc:00N
Dial
TN 12700N

would work

just make sure it doesnt conflict with anything else in the ARS or other shortcodes

thanks that sorted it. worked first time which is always nice.

i find stuff works first time about 1 in 100 times.....

glad you didnt have to smack your head on the wall too much :)
