I have used F903 to activate feature code range but the only one that half works is F983. With F983 I get the password prompt but cannot log on(password error). I cannot use F985 to reset password.
I am working on a CICS with 4.2 SW and a Flash2 with 2.0 SW. The customer wants the Flash installed but I cannot access F983,F9*3 etc.
I have disconnected the Flash and removed the code (F983....test...remove)from the CICS but it still does not work.

The call is answered and not put on hold, the receptionist hits the VM key(F*0)and enters the VM#......response is 'no party connect'. It works at times,others not. If you disconnect the set then it will work great for 30 minutes or so and then back to the same old trbl.

CICs was not seeing it in maintenance. I unplugged the port about 5 times before it finally decided to wake up. Not sure what was going on but in hindsight I should have probably powered down both the Flash and the CICs....maybe then it would have recognised the new ports.
