The real trouble is that incoming calls hear 'your call is being transferred' and no phone rings. I remove all lines from 505 and still get the recorded msg. I can only get the phones to ring if I remove the Messaging R7 module from the carrier. More trouble is Int*71 voice page will not work...

Yes, it seems like a strange behavior. Int 27 produces ringing, no-answer, no extension is connected at that port. Int 33 is busy. Int 28-32 produce VM answer = 5 ports So I have ordered a replacement Messaging R7. Thank you for your help-
