    Changing code for restricted phones

    My system is currently programmed with a 5 digit code to allow a restricted phone to dial out. it's a 5 digit number before the 9. How can I change it as everyone knows it.

    It looks like the switch is set for 4 digits. However, some of the inbound DNIS numbers do not ring but get fast busy. There are DNs with the same number.
